Implementation Specialist
PUESTO CONTRATADO
As a part of the Client Service Center, the focus of the Implementation Specialist is to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing implementation support. Implementation Specialist should possess a passion for delivering world class customer service and in-depth product and configuration knowledge to ensure a successful implementation on all fronts.
Responsabilities:
- Through virtual group interactive classes, train clients to give them a solid understanding of how to best use the application to meet their operational goals and objectives.
- Relate applications to the client's role and responsibilities within their organization.
- Understands and recommends best practices relevant to the clients’ industry.
- Work with clients throughout the implementation project to configure account, validate and load data, and train users.
- Ensure clients are aware of the next steps needed to progress in implementation and help schedule and coordinate activities.
- Become a subject matter expert in the relevant product and vertical domains.
- Correctly document and communicate activities and results both internally and externally.
- Promptly engage project coordinators and other stakeholders when projects stall.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of top-notch customer service experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Background in implementation or training preferred.
- Experience with MS Office suite of products such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS.
